YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS
For the growth of our consulting team, we are looking for passionate experienced supply chain business & digitalization consultants. You are a problem solver, detail-oriented and self-motivated who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, combining technical, product, business and leadership perspectives.
- You advise our clients not only in supply chain business transformation and you also help our clients to digitalize and automate the management of their supply chains
- You build the bridge between Business and IT helping to shape the best business solution while defining the requirements for the clients’ digitalization journey
- You will be integral part of projects including support, acquisition, create and present product demos and deliver these projects with strong customer interaction driving workshops and solutioning
- You are a self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, combining technical, product, business and leadership perspectives
- You make decisions based on the "best solution" and not on your ego

YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy working in a professionally managed start-up and have fun working together to achieve success through your passion and commitment.
Further you have:
- Relevant work experience of 6-12 years
- Must have managed end to end implementation of Advanced Planning Systems i.e., o9 solutions (preferably) or Blue Yonder, Kinaxis etc. as a Functional Consultant/Solution Architect
- Experience in a planning solution deployment w.r.t to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value delivery.
- Experience in delivering large scale enterprise implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning, IBP, S&OP.
- Proficient technical understanding of software systems (e.g. ERP, advanced planning systems, BI tools) and data structures
- Proficiency with the MS office suite including strong knowledge in MS Excel
- Affinity for new technologies and a drive to self-employed learning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A doer mentality whilst enjoying teamwork.
