As part of our Sales team, you contribute day in and day out to our Sales pipeline and help accelerate opportunities by shape our growth strategy and work cross-functionally day-to-day to drive SaaS revenue aimed at attaining or eclipsing overall company targets. YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS
  • You work hand in hand with our Pursuit leaders, Account Activation and Pre-Sales teams to execute a one-of-a-kind go-to-market strategy. 
  • You contribute to the strategic direction of aioneers’ Sales with a strong focus on  
    • Market Research: Monitoring the market and understanding supply chain challenges to derive use cases, which can be solved with our products.  
    • Lead Qualification: Pre-qualifying new leads in our target geographies and industries,  
    • Value Engineering: Quantifying potential benefits for our prospects as part of our customer journey. 
  • You initiate a well-prepared and customer-centric lead generation process and increase our pipeline by 
    • Consolidating information and creating account dossiers for target accounts 
    • Understanding customer supply chain pain points and corresponding financial ramifications, in terms of e.g., excess costs and inventories and outline how our software product creates sustainable financial value for our customers 
  • At aioneers, we are benefits-centric:  
    • You build & refine compelling prospect presentations, which demonstrate the value add delivered by our software products 
    • You are part of a team that support the sales processes at aioneers through the creation of value cases to substantiate the return on invest from licensing our software products 
YOUR PROFILE
You thrive in ensuring product scalability & performance to boost growth in a professionally managed start-up while also wanting to grow personally and professionally 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market research 
  • Proven expertise in software related supply chain management topics  
  • Additional or complementary 2-3 years of experience in business development, project management, pre-sales or a similar role. 
  • Master’s degree / MBA is a plus. 
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with prospects and customers, as well as product and engineering teams. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Self-starters: Proactive mindset and initiative, ability to take ownership of tasks and make independent decisions when necessary. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Familiarity with software sales strategies and digital marketing is a plus.
